Purchase Advertising Space for 2014-2015 Concert Programs


If you would like to sell/purchase advertising space in the Allen Community Band concert program for the 2014-2015 performance season, include the attached form.

Membership Fee Form


The Band recently voted/agreed that our membership fee will be $30 per person,  per semester.  The second member from the same family will be $15.  Fees are payable in September and January of each semester.

If a member needs to spread out the payments, indicate on the form below.

Note:  No member will be turned away due to financial reasons.


Complete the form below, indicate your payment preference, place your form and check or money order in an envelope, and turn in at rehearsal.  (Family members may turn in  their forms in one envelope).  Payment information will be kept confidential.
